The room location was awesome it was comfortable and close to the pool. Location was close to the places we had to go. Also, there wasn't a lot of people making noise like in other Hotels, we actually had a good night rest.

The breakfast was good with a variety of choices choices. The location was perfect, close to the hospital my husband had to attend and it was clean and peaceful. Everything in the room was very neat and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Bed was very comfortable. Loved different choices in pillows. Air conditioner worked. Room was comfortable with big screen TV which had HBO, Cinemax, and 100 other channels. Breakfast was good with protein (eggs and sausage) which i need. Other carb foods were also available. For a free breakfast I thought it was excellent.

Location was good, easy to get to services, downtown ($13 Uber). Close to good restaurants and UTSA. We stayed for the Final 4 weekend and also got to Seaworld.

It was really nice, pretty peaceful most of the staff was very nice and respectful! Hotel room was very clean and I like that they had lotion in the restroom!

The breakfast wasn’t the best but I’ve been coming to the same hotel for the past 3 years and just started eating the breakfast. But overall I always love sleeping here. Most definitely will see you guys again! I need to start getting points every time I come!

So many things we loved, the pool was clean and plenty of fresh towels, hot tub was amazing. Our room was clean and ac was super cold. The breakfast has a waffle maker, sausage, and a variety of other options, a plus for the kids. The bed was very comfortable which we had some great sleep on.We had a great time. The parking was safe and well lit. I honestly don't have any negative to say.

It was close to the destination where we were going, which was fiesta Texas and also close to other essential places.

Good value. Simple process. Walk in shower big plus. Pool indoors is big plus.. nice breakfast.. quite & away from busy I- 10.. easy in an out avoid major road work.. many eating options churches entertainment shopping all close by Always use sleep inn if available...

It was good the customer service was awesome. Also I like that there was enough parking. Also I loved that the room was cold to my liking.
